AnalystInsights LLC, doing business as AnalystInsights.ai ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. By accessing or using our Services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, you should not access or use the Services.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of AnalystInsights.ai, including visitors who browse our public content, Foundation (free) tier members, and paid subscribers across our Catalyst ($49/month), Ascent ($79/month), and Pinnacle ($299/month) membership tiers, as well as purchasers of standalone services.
02 Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you create an account, use our tools, interact with our chatbots, or communicate with us. This includes:

04 How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. AnalystInsights LLC will never sell your data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers under any circumstances.
We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the Services, including payment processors (such as Stripe or Square), email service providers, website hosting providers (Squarespace), and analytics tools. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing their services to AnalystInsights LLC and are required to protect your data.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our assets. In such an event, your personal information would be among the assets transferred, and you will be notified of any change in ownership or control of your data.
- With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share your information for a specific purpose.
- Aggregated or De-Identified Data: We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for research, analytics, or marketing purposes.
05 Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services. Specific retention practices include:
- Active Accounts: Your data is retained for the duration of your membership, including all assessment results, resume data, course progress, and chatbot interaction history at applicable tiers.
- Cancelled Accounts: After cancellation, your account reverts to the Foundation (free) tier. If you request full account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within thirty (30) days of the request.
- Payment Records: Billing and transaction records may be retained for up to seven (7) years as required for tax and accounting compliance.
- Legal Obligations: Certain data may be retained beyond the standard period when required by law or necessary for resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, or protecting our legal rights.
- Backups: Residual copies of your data may persist in backup systems for a limited period after deletion but will not be actively used or accessed.

There is currently no uniform standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. At this time, we do not respond to DNT signals, but we honor your cookie preferences as described above.

- Right to Opt Out of Sale: As stated above, we do not sell your personal information. Therefore, there is no need to opt out of the sale of personal information.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. You will not receive a different level of service or pricing for exercising your privacy rights.

10 AI Tools and Data Processing
Different membership tiers involve different levels of data processing through our AI-powered tools:
10.1 Foundation Tier (Free)
The Foundation tier chatbot is a pre-programmed, rule-based tool. It does not use artificial intelligence, does not process your input beyond keyword matching, and does not collect, store, or retain personal information from your interactions. No conversation data from Foundation tier chatbot sessions is saved, transmitted to third parties, or used for any other purpose.
10.2 Paid Tiers (Catalyst, Ascent, Pinnacle)
Higher-tier AI-powered tools may process your input using artificial intelligence technology to generate personalized responses. When using these features:
- Your messages and interactions may be processed by third-party AI service providers to generate responses
- Conversation history may be retained to improve your experience and provide context for follow-up questions
- We do not use your individual chatbot conversations to train AI models
- You can request deletion of your chatbot interaction history at any time by contacting us
10.3 Pinnacle Tier AI Career Advisor
The Pinnacle tier includes a personalized AI Career Advisor that may process additional context about your background and goals to provide tailored guidance. This tool may retain conversation history within your session to improve the quality of responses. All data handling for this tool follows the same security and retention practices described in this Privacy Policy.
11 Email Communications (CAN-SPAM)
We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable email marketing regulations. Our practices include:
- We will not use false or misleading header information or deceptive subject lines in our emails
- We identify all promotional messages as advertisements where required
- We include our physical mailing address or a valid registered agent address in our emails
- We honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly, within ten (10) business days
- Every promotional email includes a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe mechanism
You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or by contacting us at support@analystinsights.ai. Please note that even after opting out of promotional emails, you will continue to receive transactional emails related to your account (such as billing confirmations and security alerts).
12 Children's Privacy
The Services are designed for adults and are not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

13 Third-Party Links and Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not operated or controlled by AnalystInsights.ai. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services before providing personal information.
Third-party services integrated with or linked from our platform may include, but are not limited to, Squarespace (website hosting), Stripe and/or Square (payment processing), Google Analytics (website analytics), social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn), and email marketing providers.
14 International Users
AnalystInsights LLC is based in the United States and our Services are primarily designed for users within the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence.
By using our Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and the application of U.S. data protection laws. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you may have additional rights under those laws.
