01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AnalystInsights.ai website, tools, courses, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AnalystInsights LLC, doing business as AnalystInsights.ai ("AnalystInsights," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Description of Services

AnalystInsights.ai provides educational content, career guidance tools, and coaching services designed to help healthcare professionals and other career changers transition into Epic Analyst roles. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• Interactive career assessment quizzes and personality match tools
• Resume building tools with PDF and Word export capabilities
• Educational courses and gamified learning experiences
• AI-powered career guidance chatbots
• Professional resume audit services
• One-on-one career coaching sessions
• Career resource guides and newsletters
• Free and paid subscription tiers with varying levels of access

03 Membership Tiers and Billing

3.1 Membership Structure

AnalystInsights.ai offers four membership tiers with different levels of access and features:

Specific features and benefits of each tier are described on our website and may be updated from time to time. Membership tiers are cumulative, meaning each paid tier includes all features from the tiers below it.

3.2 Billing

By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring monthly basis at the applicable subscription rate. Subscription fees are billed in advance. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

3.3 Standalone Services

In addition to membership tiers, AnalystInsights.ai offers standalone services available for one-time purchase:

• Professional Resume Audit: $97 per audit
• 1:1 Career Coaching Call (45 minutes): $197 per session

Pinnacle tier members receive priority access to coaching sessions and a discounted coaching rate of $147 per session. Coaching availability is limited and subject to scheduling availability.

04 Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Seven-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

New members on any paid tier are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) days of their initial subscription purchase, no questions asked. This guarantee applies only to the first month of a new membership and is limited to one refund per person.

4.2 No Refunds After Seven Days

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund beyond the initial seven-day window, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with content, failure to use the Services during your subscription period, or accidental purchase.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Foundation (Free) tier. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

4.4 Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@analystinsights.ai within seven (7) days of the charge. We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a correction or credit as appropriate.

05 User Accounts and Conduct

5.1 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, distribute, resell, or sublicense any paid content, tools, or resources to any third party
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Services in a manner not intended by the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any tools, courses, or interactive features
• Record, screenshot, or reproduce course content, quiz results, or chatbot interactions for commercial use or redistribution
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services, including introducing malicious code

5.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner that may harm AnalystInsights LLC or other users.

06 Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content, materials, courses, tools, software, graphics, text, designs, and other intellectual property available through the Services are owned by or licensed to AnalystInsights LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

6.2 Limited License

Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and associated content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content.

6.3 Trademark Disclaimer

6.4 User-Generated Content

Any content you submit through our Services (such as resume information entered into our tools or chatbot interactions) remains your property. However, by using our tools, you grant AnalystInsights LLC a limited license to process this information solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service.

07 AI-Powered Tools and Chatbots

Certain membership tiers include access to AI-powered chatbots and career guidance tools. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated responses are for general educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute professional career counseling, legal advice, medical advice, or guaranteed outcomes
• The Foundation tier chatbot uses pre-programmed, rule-based responses and does not use artificial intelligence for real-time personalization
• Higher-tier AI tools may generate responses using artificial intelligence, and while we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all AI-generated content is error-free or current
• You should independently verify any information provided by AI tools before making career decisions based on that information
• Chatbot interactions at the Foundation tier are not stored or retained; data handling for higher-tier AI tools is described in our Privacy Policy

08 Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. These links are provided for informational convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation by AnalystInsights.ai. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party resources. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnalystInsights LLC, its owner, members, managers, operators, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of income, career opportunities, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to AnalystInsights LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AnalystInsights LLC, its owner, members, managers, operators, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If informal resolution is not possible within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Florida.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against AnalystInsights LLC.

12 Modifications to Terms

AnalystInsights.ai reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We may, at our discretion, notify users of material changes via email or an announcement on our website. Continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
